Faze Three has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company named ‘Mats and More’ on March 11, 2022. The wholly owned subsidiary is incorporated to carry on the business in India or elsewhere as buyer, sellers, manufacturers, importers, exporters, distributors, dealers in mats, patio mats, floor covering, indoor and outdoor furnishing products including other furnishing products. The business of Wholly owned subsidiary is in line with the main line of business of the Company.
Faze Three manufactures and sells home furnishing products in India. It also offers automotive textiles to OEMs.
