Swiss Military Consumer Goods has acquired 100% shareholding of AAA Shenyang Container Seal and established a wholly owned subsidiary of the company for RFID Seal business. AAA Shenyang Container Seal shall be treated as Material Subsidiary of the company. The acquisition will enable the company to carry on RFID seal business. The cost of acquisition is Rs 4.19 crore.
