In Compliance of the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Euro Leder Fashion has informed that the share certificates have been reported to be lost. The holder of these shares has requested them to issue duplicate share certificates in lieu of original. Once the required formalities are complied with by the Shareholder, Company will issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu thereof to the rightful owners for getting the shares dematerialized in line with SEBI circular.
