With reference to the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the LC, JL Morison (India) has confirmed that as at 31st March 2022 the Company is ‘not a Large Corporate’ as per framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular. Therefore, the requirement of filing the Annual disclosure in Annexure B2 of the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year ended 2021-22 does not arise.
