In continuation to its letter dated March 31, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Internal Code for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives has been already closed from April 1, 2022 and will remain closed upto May 25, 2022.
