India Capital Management Fund and India Capital Opportunities 1 fund has exited from its investment in Zodiac Clothing Company (ZCCL), through bulk deal on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
On January 3, India Capital Fund sold 1.84 million shares, India Institutional Fund offloaded 465,250 shares and India Capital Opportunities 1 fund sold around 203,701 shares for total consideration of around Rs 43.92 crore.
Meanwhile, Akash Manek Bhansali has acquired 2.02 million shares, while Nemish Shantilal Shah purchased 405,124 shares via bulk deal.
Zodiac Clothing Company incorporated in 1984, is in the business of clothing and clothing accessories. With 50 years of experience in clothing business, ZCCL has emerged as Rs 200 crore company.
