A-1 Acid has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 had recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each subject to approval of the shareholders at the AGM to be held on Friday, 8th July, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, July 01, 2022 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The instructions on deduction of tax at source on the final dividend available is given in annexure-A.
