Binny has received approval for development of its 12.43 acres of land located at No.7, Selva Street, M.M.Nagar Valasaravakkam, Chennai into Residential Apartments on Joint Development (JDA) with Radiance Realty Developers India, Chennai on Revenue Sharing Model. The board of directors at their meeting held on June 18, 2022 has approved the same.
Binny is engaged in the business of marketing textiles goods, marketing engineering and other products, shipping related business, operating cold storage at Cochin, travel agency business approved by IATA and TAI, real estate and Container Freight Station.
