Swiss Military Consumer Goods has informed that Promoters, Anushi Retail LLP, post considering the terms of the Rights Issue of the Company have confirmed the following: subscribe to the full extent of its Rights Entitlement and subscribe to the full extent of any Rights Entitlement that may be renounced in its favour by any other Promoters or member(s) of the Promoter Group of our Company; and subscribe for additional Rights Equity Shares in the Issue. Anushi Retail LLP have, further confirmed that the unsecured loans provided by them may be adjusted towards subscription for its entitlement in the Rights Issue and also towards additional subscription, if any, for a sum not exceeding Rs 10.00 crores.
