Bhartiya International’s associate company -- Bhartiya Urban has signed definitive agreement for finalising a transaction to transfer the entire shareholding of its wholly owned subsidiaries namely Milestone Buildcon and Milecon IT Park 3B, to Reco Bangalore, Singapore. Further, signing of such agreement will have no bearing on the affairs of the company.
Bhartiya International is engaged in the export of carpets and high fashion leather garments.
