Radaan Mediaworks (India) has informed that J Krishnaprasad (DIN:03397294) has resigned from the position of the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 4th August 2022. Further, the Company has received confirmation from J Krishnaprasad that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter. Pursuant to his resignation from the Board, he is automatically ceased to be Chairman of the Audit Committee, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, the committees mandatorily required to be constituted as per the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with effect from 4th August 2022.
