In this regard, it has enclosed the following: Voting results of the NCLT Convened Meeting pursuant to Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations as Annexure 1; Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer dated 12th October, 2022 on remote e -voting and e-voting at the Meeting as Annexure 2.
