A copy of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) and the Limited Review Report thereon for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 is enclosed. The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 9.45 am and concluded at 11.35 am. This is in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
