In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zodiac Energy has informed that the company has been awarded an order for Designing, Supplying, Installing, Testing, and Commissioning of Grid Tied 3 MWp Ground Mounted Solar System at various utilities of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation along with SCADA System including 5 Years Comprehensive O and M from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation at the aggregate cost of Rs 18.91 crores. The company has enclosed details of the Order as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFO/ CMD/ 4/ 2015 dated September 09, 2015 in the enclosed Annexure A.
