Pursuant to the requirement vide Regulation 51(2)-Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [SEBI (LODR) Regulations], DCB Bank has informed that it enclosed specimen copy of the Notices sent to the Bond Holders of Subordinated Debt through Basel III Compliant Tier II bonds informing them about the Call Option being exercised by the Bank. The Bank has obtained necessary approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in this regard vide RBI’s letter dated December 13, 2022. The company has also submitted copies of the advertisement published in newspaper Business Standard (English) and Pudhari (Marathi) on December 17, 2022 giving information about the aforesaid Call Option to concerned the Bond Holders.
