In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by the Insiders, Kirloskar Brothers has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2022. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the above-mentioned financial results shall be intimated in due course.
