Harsha Engineers International is planning to make an investment not exceeding 5% (equivalent to Rs 10000) of total capital contribution in ‘Goldi Harsha Ventures LLP’ which has been incorporated on December 28, 2022. This special purpose vehicle, i.e Goldi Harsha Ventures LLP is technically qualified for the project based on the company’s experience.
