It has enclosed duly authenticated copies of the Un-Audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report dated February 9, 2023 issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company; Declaration of Interim Dividend at Rs 0.10 per equity share of the face value of Rs 2 each for Financial Year 2022-23. Further, the record date fixed for the said Interim Dividend is Tuesday, February 21, 2023 and the payment thereof shall be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, to the shareholders as on Record Date.
