Compact Disc India spurts as promoters increase shareholding

Compact Disc India is currently trading at Rs 15.00, up by 0.85 points or 6.01% from its previous closing of Rs 14.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 14.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs 15.15 and Rs 14.15 respectively. So far 7739 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 30.95 on 03-Apr-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs 12.70 on 18-Feb-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 14.50 and Rs 12.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 19.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.43% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.02% and 80.55% respectively.

Compact Disc India’s promoters have decided to increase their shareholding in the company by another 5 percent on or before March 31, 2013.
