In furtherance to letter dated February 14, 2023, Balaji Telefilms has submitted the following information in connection with the upcoming Postal Ballot activity: 1) shareholders’ consent is being sought by means of Postal Ballot for: i) Approval of Balaji Telefilms -Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2023 and grant of Employees Stock Options to the Employees of the Company thereafter & ii) Grant of Stock Options to the Employees of the Subsidiary Company(ies) of the Company under Balaji Telefilms Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2023, 2) The Board has appointed Vijay Yadav (Membership No. FCS 11990), Partner of AVS & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot through the E-voting process in a fair and transparent manner & 3) the Calendar of Events for the proposed Postal Ballot activity (attached).
