In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in compliance Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, KSS has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March, 31st 2023. The date of consideration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March, 31st 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
