VTM has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 03.05.2023 have declared a dividend of Rs. 0.70 per equity share of Re 1 each, for the financial year 2022-23, subject to members approval at the ensuing AGM. The Annual General Meeting is fixed on 3rd July 2023. Share Transfer books shall remain closed from 23.06.2023 to 3.07.2023. The company has informed that the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before 29.07.2023.
