In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Swiss Military Consumer Goods has informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Tuesday, 09th May, 2023 following decisions were taken: Adoption and approval of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 (Copies of Audited Financial Results adopted and approved by the Board of Directors are enclosed along with Auditors Report (Standalone and Consolidated) and Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of Listing Regulations and Recommendation of Final Dividend @ 8% i.e., Rs 0.16 per Equity Share. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The results are also being made available on the website of the Company, www.swissmilitaryshop.com. The Board meeting commenced at 12.00 pm and concluded at 2.45 pm.
