KSS has informed that before Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench the following the matter of: Constitution of the CoC along with list of Creditor under the provisions of Section 60 (5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (I.A. 1144 of 2023), Re-constitution of the CoC along with updated list of Creditor under the provisions of Section 60 (5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (I.A. 1844 of 2023), was listed and heard on 01st June, 2023 and was taken on records by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench. The copy of the order is enclosed herewith for record purpose. This is in compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015.
