In continuation to its Letter dated 17th October, 2022, KSB has informed that the company will sell the technology for Compressors -designs, drawings, process descriptions etc. bought from Bharat Pumps and Compressors (BPCL), since the core business of the Company is into Pumps, Valves and related services. The said technology for Compressors will be sold to the eligible bidder under the e-Auction duly conducted by the Company.
