As per the certificate of incorporation dated March 29, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the date of incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiary is March 29, 2023. Octagon Insurance Broking will carry on its activities in line with IRDAI (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2018. Product /line of Business is Direct Insurance Broking Business in life and general insurance.
