Solitaire Machine Tools has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives and Insiders framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors / Promoters / Designated Persons and / or any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company with effect from Saturday, 1st July, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ending 30th June, 2023.
