Bhartiya International has informed that the Company has dispatched a reminder letter to the shareholders of the Company, who have not claimed their dividend for a period of seven consecutive years. It is communicated to them to claim such dividend and shares pertinent thereto, failing which such dividend along with shares will be transferred/credited into Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) in compliance of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
