DCB Bank has received Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approval to sell up to 7.5% stake in the bank to Tata Asset Management (TAMPL). The acquisition of stake up to 7.5% of the paid-up equity capital of the bank would be through the schemes of Tata Mutual Fund. The approval is valid for a period of one year from the date of RBI letter dated July 5, 2023.
DCB Bank is one of the emerging private sector banks in India. The Bank is amongst the first private sector banks to waive advisory fee and service charge for Mutual Fund investment.
