Mystic Electronics has informed in terms with the provision of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 31st July, 2023, at the registered office of the Company, to consider, approve and adopt the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2023. Pursuant to the Company's Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2023.
