Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) read with guidelines of materiality in accordance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, RSWM has informed that it enclosed the Company has today inaugurated expansion of Unit located at Lodha Unit, Banswara, Rajasthan by addition of 51,072 Spindles of Compact Cotton Yarn and the same has been made partially operational with effective from today, 2nd August, 2023.
