Shakti Pumps (India) has invested Rs 1 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Shakti EV Mobility (formerly known as Shakti Green Industries) by subscribing to 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10. The consolidated investment is Rs 13.76 crore after subscribing aforesaid equity shares.

Earlier, the company had invested Rs 2 crore in Shakti EV Mobility by subscribing to 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10.
