Shreeyash Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 06, 2013, to consider appointment of Hitesh Patel, Gaurav Shah, C. S. Jadhav and P. Rangnath as Additional Directors, Resignation of Arun Bansal, Badiullah Baig and Suresh Nakula from Directorship; Manoj Kumar as Managing Director of the Company. He shall continue to be a Director of the Company.
Further, board to consider reconstitution of Audit Sub Committee, Investor Grievance Committee, Remuneration Committee in terms of Corporate Governance requirements in view of the changes in Directors.
