Bhagwati Autocast has informed that certain inadvertent typo error was noticed in the page no. 28 and 44 of the Annual Report and there is no any change in financial figures. In view of the above, the company has enclosed the revised Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2022-23 along with the Notice of the 41st AGM. The revised report is also available on the website of the Company at www.bhagwati.com.
