Picturehouse Media has received approval for the acquisition of 10,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 of New Cyberabad City Projects for a consideration of Rs 32.52 crore. The consideration payable shall be discharged by way of Cash, in tranches.

Post completion of the acquisition, the NCCPPL will become the Subsidiary of the company. The Board at its meeting held on August 24, 2023 has approved the acquisition of the same.
