In pursuance to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as adopted by the Company, Future Consumer has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 26th August, 2023 and will remain closed upto 31st August, 2023 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 29th August, 2023. The Trading window shall be open from 1st September, 2023.
