Vishal Bearings has informed that the Board of Directors of Vishal Bearings (the ‘Company’), at its meeting held on Monday, August 28, 2023, has taken the following decisions: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Kishan Sureja has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the company owing to personal reason due to which he is unable to devote his time to the company with effect from 28th August 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates his valuable contribution and support during his term as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Disclosures required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/ CFD/ CMD/ 4/ 2015 dated 09th September 2015 is enclosed as Annexure - I.
