Jasch Industries has informed that referring to the order dated 12-09-2023 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, the following Key Managerial Personnel of the Company have resigned: Jai Kishan Garg has resigned as Managing Director [he will continue to be non-executive director and the chairman of the company]; Manish Garg has resigned as Director [he will automatically cease to be executive director also]; Mahender Paliwal has resigned as Chief Financial Officer Their resignations, which will be effective from afternoon of 30-09-2023, are enclosed. They have stated in their resignations that they will be taking up identical positions in Jasch Gauging Technologies (at present a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which will be listed at BSE in due course, in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement). This letter is being issued in triplicate, to enable their upload at the Listing Centre under different relevant tabs.
