In pursuance to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Intrux has informed that the Company has received intimation from its RTA, that shareholder has misplaced /lost the Share Certificate of the company; the details are enclosed. It’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Link Intime India (RTA), vide their letter dated 22/09/2023 has informed the said matter to the Stock Exchange. A Copy of the same is enclosed. Post completion of necessary formalities by the shareholder, RTA of the company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to shareholder as per applicable circular of SEBI.
