In terms of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, John Cockerill has informed that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
