Filmcity Media has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to its earlier intimation dated September 25, 2023, a fire incident occurred at the building where the registered office of the company is situated. With regards to the same, the fire was controlled by the fire department but the office building had been barricaded, resulting in operation of the said office being disrupted. Further, as intimated earlier there was no human injuries or casualties. However, the company’s records and computer systems have been severely damaged due to this major fire incident.
