Optiemus Infracom has incorporated Joint Venture cum subsidiary company namely ‘Bharat Innovative Glass Technologies’ (Bigtech) on October 04, 2023. Bigtech is yet to commence its business. The new subsidiary company has been incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing of the Finished Parts for use in mobile consumer electronic devices (or other cover glass applications mutually agreed by the Parties), selling the Finished Parts to mobile consumer electronics manufacturers and OEMs (or other cover glass applications mutually agreed by the Joint Venture Parties), or their designated supply chain participants, for use in their operations and such other business as may be agreed by the Parties.
