Sahara One Media and Entertainment has informed that as per BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) of the Company from 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2023. The date of announcement of the Financial Results shall be informed in due course.
