Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Faze Three has informed that it enclosed a copy of the ‘Register of Renewed and Duplicate Share Certificates’ received from Link Intime India (RTA) on October 11, 2023 for the duplicate share certificate issued in lieu of the lost/ misplaced original share certificate. Further, in accordance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued to the concerned shareholder within the prescribed timelines.
