Further, the Company has received confirmation from Harshita Chaubal that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter. The relevant details in terms of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
