Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Elgi Equipments has informed that the Company has received an intimation from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) – Link Intime India, regarding loss of share certificate received from the Shareholder C. Premavathy, Folio: C000467 and stop transfer in this regard. The stop transfer register dated December 4, 2023, containing the details of lost share certificates, as received from the RTA is enclosed. The duplicate share certificate will be issued only after compliance of required formalities.
