Consequently, she shall cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Parul Singh (DIN: 09811725) that there is no material reasons for her resignation other than those provided in the resignation letter dated December 6, 2023.
