VTM has informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its Directors, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2023. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated separately.
