Patron Exim has informed that Sonia Kakani - Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company, has tendered her resignation vide letter dated January 11, 2024, due to personal reasons and she will be relieved from her duties effective end of business hours of January 11, 2024. Sonia Kakani will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange with effect from close of business hours of January 11, 2024. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure I.
