Shakti Pumps (India) has been sanctioned 46 Acres land by the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) situated at A-10 and B-86, Smart Industrial Township, Pithampur, Indore (Madhya Pradesh). This land will be utilized for future expansion.

Earlier, the company had invested Rs 13.16 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Shakti EV Mobility (formerly known as Shakti Green Industries) by subscribing to equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10. The consolidated investment is Rs 26.92 crore after subscribing aforesaid equity shares. The objective of investment is to initiate and expand the business of the wholly owned subsidiary.

Shakti Pumps (India) is a specialist in the manufacture of a broad range of submersible pumps and motors for a variety of applications.
